What you get

  • An honest verdict. We separate “down” from “up but blocking bots” and “inconclusive”.
  • The evidence. DNS, TLS, HTTP status, every redirect hop and response time.
  • Header explanations. HSTS, CSP, caching, compression and cookies in plain English.
  • A JSON twin of every page. Same facts for scripts and AI agents, described by OpenAPI.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a site work for me but show “blocked our probe”?

Many sites use bot protection that challenges automated requests. We report that as reachable, but blocked our probe instead of calling the site down. We never disguise our probe as a real browser.

Is the result valid for the whole world?

No. Each result is one probe from one server region at one moment. A site may be blocked in your country, by your ISP or by your network. If it works here but not for you, the problem is probably local: try another network or DNS resolver.

Do you store what I check?

Only the hostname and the observation. Paths, query strings and credentials are discarded before anything is stored. See privacy.

Can I use this from a script?

Yes. POST /api/v1/check with {"target":"example.com"}, or read /api/v1/status/example.com. See the API docs.
